Located on a metro station, helpful staff, showed me how to save money on metro with dress-up. Straight bus to Incheon airport in 1h 20min. Convenience of food court, shopping, cinema in the same building. Panoramic views.

Slow and malfunctioning elevators. Inconvenient check, in process due to the need to transfer between elevators.

Excellent view from high floor club room. Club lounge offers ample alcohol and food selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Impressive shower/steam room combo.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Sindorim station which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options.
The elevator system could be a bit confusing at times, especially if you had to come and go frequently.

It is also situated next to the KTX station and a subway station, allowing guests to easily explore the city. The rooms are spacious and neat, providing comfort for guests. The luxurious amenities provided in this hotel were exceptional and our needs were always attended to promptly. the friendly team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one in Seoul. the exclusive facilities offered were incredible, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a pleasant rest after a day of exploring the city. the restaurant had a vast array of exquisite meals on the menu.
The only minor downside was the inconvenience of having to switch lifts on different floors to reach our room. the staff helped us navigate this and provided tips on alternative routes to take.
